Community guidelines

Poké Društvo brings together TCG, VGC, Pokémon GO, collectors, traders, families, and fans. Everyone should be able to take part without harassment, pressure, or fear of being excluded.

What this page is: a practical summary for anyone taking part in our community. The association's statute and formally adopted acts remain authoritative for membership and disciplinary procedures.

Respect everyone

Welcome beginners and people with different interests, identities, ages, and experience.
No insults, harassment, threats, intimidation, or physical violence.
Respect personal boundaries, property, and a person's decision not to participate.

Fair play first

Follow the rules of the event, game, venue, and organizer.
Win and lose respectfully; do not cheat or exploit less experienced players.
Ask an organizer when a rule or ruling is unclear.

Trade responsibly

Agree clearly on the items, condition, and value before exchanging anything.
Give the other person time to inspect items and say no—without pressure.
Young participants should involve a parent or guardian in valuable trades.
Private trades are agreements between participants unless the event explicitly says otherwise.

Children and families

Event pages should state when an activity is family-friendly and provide relevant age guidance.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervision unless an event explicitly provides otherwise.
Membership for children follows the consent requirements in the association's statute.

Events and external links

Know who is organizing

An event page identifies its organizer when that information is available. A link to registration, a venue, or an external event does not by itself mean Poké Društvo operates that external service. Check the organizer and event information before registering or paying.

At an event

Follow venue instructions, take care of shared spaces, and speak to the organizer promptly if something feels unsafe or inappropriate.

Report a concern

Tell us when something is wrong

At an event, contact the organizer or a Poké Društvo team member. You can also email the association. Include what happened, when and where it happened, and any relevant evidence. Member disputes and disciplinary matters are handled through the procedures in the statute and applicable association acts.
