Data controller
Name, email address, telephone number, ordered products, optional note, order reference, and communication required to arrange payment and dispatch. We process these details to take steps requested by you and to fulfil any resulting agreement.
Your name, contact details, message, and subsequent correspondence. We use these details to answer your order and manage association communication based on our legitimate interest.
Downloading the membership PDF does not submit personal data to the website. Completed forms and the membership register are handled by the association according to its statute and applicable legal obligations.
The server may record limited request, error, IP-address, and security information required to operate and protect the website. We do not currently use advertising or analytics tracking.
Webshop orders
2 years after the order is completed.
General messages
1 year after the last communication.
Shopping cart
Up to 7 days in the essential session.
Technical logs
Normally up to 30 days.
Data connected with a completed transaction may be retained longer where accounting, tax, legal-claim, or other statutory obligations require it. Failed checkout form contents are not deliberately retained beyond ordinary technical logs.
The website uses only essential session and security cookies required for the cart, form protection, and basic operation. They are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking, so the site does not display a consent banner.
Technical implementation: Microsoft Azure, Mailtrap, Supabase, ASP.NET Core session/security features, Google Fonts, and Tailwind CSS CDN.
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
